The best Bruschetta we've ever had! Tastes good everytime. It's nice that they separate it for to you orders so it doesn't get soggy. Pasta portions are large, so we usually end up splitting one and it's more than enough!

Long time customer, Baratta's even catered my wedding. Very disappointed in the dwindling portion sizes and increase in cost. At least three of the other classic Des Moines Italian restaurants now blow Baratta's out of the water with regard to cost/benefit. $25 for Ravioli al Forno and there are now a whopping four ravioli per order?

The best Fried Chicken Dinner, huge baked potato, and excellent salad with various letuce  cucumber, tomato and your choice of Homemade Dressing.  My favorite is Blue Cheese!!!  Better dinner than anything you have ever tasted!!  ,

This place always delivers delicious food. The cheese sticks still hot and gooey. Cold food was kept separate from hot. Generous portions and fresh. Never disappoints.

the Chicken Cacciatore was ok there was no cheese on it like in the picture for it. It was not worth the almost 30 dollar I spent on it. the Antipasta was great and very filling with a variety of bites. i may order again but will definitely need to order something else.
