Everything else was great, but I also ordered a float, it was missing the ice cream. It's the 2nd time my DoorDash order was missing ice cream, another time they sent the wrong flavor. My orders with ice cream have been wrong 3 out of 4 times. If you're ordering DoorDash here, it's definitely better to save the ice cream treats for a Braum's Drive-thru.

Loaded Nachos were basic.bland canned nacho cheese tastes, tomatoes, japs and a FEW chicken chunks. Ahi tuna was gross. Ahi pieces, guacamole and chips. Salad was good. Two strips of Bacon.

The pizza had bare spots, barely any toppings especially for a sharable! The brisket burger had raw hamburger in most of the center. This is our third consecutive bad experience over the last 18 months. Putting out a good product is obviously not their intention. Your second chances have run out. No more. Take your money elsewhere!!!

The pizza was horrible. Absolutly no cheese or sauce... you would save money and be better off with a piece of bread and a few pieces of pepperoni after you microwaved it. Spinach And Artichoke Dip has ZERO flavor. Get some sour cream, garlic, salt, and microwave it; I promise that would taste better than what we received. Children could make better food in an easy bake oven.

I ordered through door dash. Knot rolls were burnt. Very disappointed and surprised that BJs would serve a customer rolls that were obviously burnt to the point of being black. This was not a cheap meal and will not order from here again.
