• 7/7/26The Taiwanes Braised Pork Rice 卤肉饭 is extremely authentic, surprisingly one of the best places around Berkeley to get sweet braised pork rice. The portions are generous as the bowl is rather large, made fresh, the meat is delicious, comes with egg.
I often order this, and would order again.

• 12/22/22I like them because they let me order as many additions to my boba tea as I wanted and put them all in a separate cup which I requested. I really appreciate that because a lot of other boba places will not let you order more than three additions and I usually like to order them all so that I can separate them into three or four servings and use them for more almond milk boba tea drinks I'll make on my own in over the next couple days. Also, my milk tea was barely sweet which was great because I wanted as little sugar as possible. And I really love my almond milk tea boba drink with about 15 additions!!

• 8/6/23My order had initially been stolen, but despite the fact that I ordered it so late (around closing time), my order was not only replaced, but I was given so much extra chicken that the box was overflowing and couldn't close! Whoever did this for me, thank you.

• 8/14/25I get that the store photo for items is not how the food will appear exactly, but when i got my Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice 卤肉饭 it was pretty far from acceptable. There was about a pound of rice, two ounces of the pork, and the egg was over cooked. Didnt taste very good either.
Unfortunately, would skip this place.

• 3/16/26Honeydew tea solid, tofu a little steamed and mushy since there was no ventilation holes and the tofu just sat in the box. Flavor pretty good still tho just the texture. Overall pretty good the boba is hella soft too
