I love this restaurant. I waited on purpose before writing this review. All of my food always tastes great with the exception of the waffle fries. Sometimes they are amazing, but most of the time they are either overcooked or undercooked. Sometimes they have too much salt and other times not enough salt. I have found if I order around lunch or dinner, typical busy hours the fries are better, but not always crisp and fresh. I still love them and will continue to go, I just wish the fries were cooked and prepared with more consistency.

The kids nuggets meal has only 2 nuggets and some fragments or crumbs of nuggets. Our toddler was hungry after this meal. We paid $47 for 2 salads and an 8 dollar kids meal of crumbs. Only 1 small dressing for each $15 salad. There is alot of salad there, but who can eat dry lettuce? I just expected more from ChicfilA

We had the one from St. Augustine road yesterday and honestly, it tasted exactly like how chick fil a used to be. Unfortunately though, this North Valdosta location seems to be missing that. The portion size is okay, but to me, all the food tasted like it was lacking in flavor, like how it used to be? I honestly feel like I wouldn't order again from this location. I will actually drive to the other one.

Food is trash. Milkshakes were more vanilla than Chocolate Milkshake and tiny for the price. Chicken was tasteless.
