I went to Mintons in July of 2022 & absol loved it!!! Its a smaller restaurant, the food is always more than good!!
Some days you need a lazy Sunday & dont feel like going to brunch or cooking! The Tuscan Omelette& Sweet Potato Hash are sooooo good!! I love that they have vegan friendly options too. Thank you Mintons!!!

Mintons is easily one of the lesser heard of Gems of a restaurant in Lexington, as soon as I first had their food I immediately knew I discovered something really special. This food has history to its flavor, and you can taste it.
its less like you are eating food prepared for a customer but more like the owner/chef has invited you for dinner to his own home, it is sincerely great food
If you try Mintons, you would be doing yourself a disservice to not try the staple headliner, the buffalo chicken dip sandwhich, get to know that, twice even, then move onto other menu items and continue to have great meals every damn time

I ordered the eggs scrambled soft and they were hard. There was no syrup for the pancakes.
