I first discovered Hang ah on a visit to the city with a friend and fell in love. It has set the bar for dim sum very high. All their buns are perfectly seasoned, beautifully cooked, and we'll portioned. The pork buns, red bean buns, and the egg custard buns are some of my personal favorites.
My friends adore the sesame balls, which have an amazing crunch to them, and the chicken dumpling, which has a bit of corn in it and tastes like dinner in a bite.

Breakfast time and nothing appealed like my usual choices. Time for a change of pace. Ordered Shrimp Dumplings. Pork Meat Ball Combination 點心雙拼dim sum and Egg Roll 春卷 and that was an excellent choice. Dim sum was fresh and delicious 😋 Just hit the spot. The Combination Fried Noodles - 什錦炒麵 mad a great dinner for two, very generous servings. Will definitely order again.

Kinda cool evening and thinking Hot and Sour Soup - 酸辣湯 would be a great start. It was. Delicious flavors with a bit of heat. Added Egg Roll 春卷 so crisp and fresh veggies. Then the delightful Shrimp Dumplings. Pork Meat Ball Combination 點心雙拼. How great to have as light entree. Everything arrived well packaged and still very hot from prep. What a wonderful and consistent meal 😋

Already ate some of them before taking the pic. But it was still hot when the food arrived. The texture and tastes were good! The sesame balls were chewy and the bean filling was full! The chicken feet was yum
Actually felt full after eating 2 out of the 3 pieces, they are pretty big. I would order again

My favorite dim sun in the city. The custard buns are amazing. Their sesame balls perfectly crisp. The pan fried pork dumplings are to die for. I could honestly just keep listing food off their menu and attach adjectives describing how great they all are. I have never eaten anything from here I didn't love, not like, love.
Do yourself a favor, order a nice variety, get plenty of custard buns, feel like you're dining like royalty for a few scrumptious hours.
