I've always liked their sandwiches because of the fresh ingredients, but the sandwich I got today was sooo much smaller  than before and the bread tasted par-cooked. I hope it was a one-off issue, instead of an operational change.

Very disappointed. I didn't mind paying the big price any time I ordered from Big Star, until now. This will be my last time. I ordered the  turkey but it was 95% stuffing. Literally a bread sandwich with a light swipe of cranberry mayo, not enough to taste it and I can't even be certain there was turkey in it.

I would never order this again. a tiny sandwich for over $20 is crazy
