This place is trying too hard to be something special, and it shows. I get why, this area is starved for a genuinely good pizza place. Options are limited, and most of what’s out there is inconsistent, overpriced, and barely better than a frozen pizza. But this isn’t the answer.
The crust is charred to look artisanal, except there’s no actual flavor underneath, just the taste of burnt flour. The toppings feel like an afterthought while “premium” ingredients get tacked on to justify the price. And the sauce has almost no taste or presence at all.
It’s a poser dressed up as a culinary destination, banking on the fact that locals don’t have better options to compare it to. Bland, uncreative, uninspired and seriously overpriced for what you get.
