Italians can make even grilled chicken delicious...the SIDE CHICKEN was simply seasoned pounded thin and perfectly grilled. Thank you Ribalta for calling to let us know you were out of broccoli and substitute of the Brussels sprouts which were delicious by the way! I also had the Grilled Calamari which is awesome. My husband is from Genova and approves the Gnocchi al Pesto so if you like pesto it's a must! Thanks for being awesome!

I absolutely love this pizza. It's soft and tasty. Does not taste like it's Glute free. The crust is not cardboard texture its soft and chewy. It's pricey but I know the Ingredients are pricey as well. I will absolutely purchase more. I live upstate NY and there arent any pizzaerias that offer gluten free . The ones they do offer are frozen and poorly prepared. I grew up in Brooklyn, where the Pizzas you buy are from a Pizzeria. I have eaten the slices saved some for home. I feel great no tummy ache, ihave celiacs so thats a plus. Thank you!

The VEGAN is very simple. Just vegetables on crust but I got the gluten free crust and it is very well done. Fluffy, soft and chewy. The box even was marked with a gluten free sticker

The absolute BEST gluten free (not thin crust) pizza I've had in NYC - and I've tried the notable others. Capricciosa is my supreme of these choices, but I'm still a sucker for the classics too.
