The location by Springfield mall usually has really stringy chicken breasts in their sandwiches. Also they usually underfill their fries incomparison to the Kingstowne location.

The lettuce is always wilted and bad, small portion, and chicken overcooked. I will NOT be ordering from this specific store again.

Food was DELICIOUS...Side Salad was fresh...2 piece tender and my chi Fil A sandwich were great...They NEVER disappoint!

I ordered a large fry and it seemed like almost half of the fries were missing, now i dont know if this is the restaurant or the driver but i dont like that because it had the same amount of a medium fry would. But the rest of the Chick-fil-A® Sandwich Meal was great

Normally I love ordering here but the chicken tenders were barely cooked. For the fries, half of them were soggy and the other half were hard. The milkshake was a terrible consistency.
