I don't even know why I bother ordering from Bojangles anymore. The chicken is always old and dry, and the mashed potatoes taste like plastic.

The food was good but, straws were not provided, I was change a little under $3 for 4 things Bo’s Special Sauce and they weren't sent, and the 4pc Dinner was supposed to be a mix but that was minor honestly. Food was good overall.
