The Bandeja Paisa is made with very good quality ingredients, the chorizo is soft and flavorful, the chicharron skin is crunchy, the meat tender and juicy. I would order against. Portion is enough for a person with good eating

You can tell the chicken was probably out from the day before it taste old and felt like rubber to cut and chew. I wish it was fresh it was well proportioned but tasted old.

I ordered La Bandeja Paisa a couple of days ago and I enjoyed it so much, that I reordered again. I would definitely recommend it.

meat had zero flavor, no salt pepper or adobo tasted like they cut it up grilled right after...disappointed
