Packaging was poor; there was no tight seal so a lot of the drinks spilled out during delivery --- something I haven't experienced with other deliveries from other boba/coffee shops.
I also got the mango sago thinking it was dairy free, since the description said it was made from coconut milk and no other indications that it had dairy. We couldn't even get in contact with the store because calls wouldn't go through.
The drinks themselves tasted just okay (5/10 stars) and they come in the smaller sized cups. Very disappointed.

Love this boba shop's quality teas and attention to detail. It's a simple menu with curated ingredients. My favorite is the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with pearls.

Got the ice cream black tea w/ boba, pear green tea, & matcha latte w/ boba. Everything still tastes perfectly delicious it was before the pandemic. Definitely recommended!

The Mango Matcha Latte and Strawberry Lychee Green Tea with herbal jelly are delicious! I ordered for myself and their coworkers and they loved the fresh ingredients and high tea quality.
