used to be really good a few months back, randomly started being really bad. now it's mushy greasy fish and the fries were cardboard. fish used to have a nice crunch to it, not too greasy and nicely salted. fries used to be high quality too. overall terrible quality now these past few orders

The fish I received was a substitute and managed to be oily and dry. The chips were saturated with oil. The coleslaw was almoist devoid of dressing and flavour..
There was none of the requested cutlery.
