The Brisket Beast was flavourful but the meat was tougher, lacked salt and was a drier than other brisket I've had...the fatty parts were chewy, not softened. Perhaps more salt would've helped the tenderness overall, or more time in the smoker? I had to cut my burger with a fork and steak knife as it wasn't easy to eat as a burger. The amount of brisket given was pretty good but very thickly sliced. Some improvement needed for me to order this again. Fries are good.

Just finished my Big Poutine Supreme, and it was fantastic! The fries were perfect, the
curds were melty, and the gravy had great flavor.
The generous amount of bacon, chives and sour cream was a nice touch.
Definitely a new go-to!"

The food was good I just wish the beef patty had more flavour.
Poutines were yumy and decent sized... portions are nice. We just needed a little bit more salt/pepper maybe even like a nice garlic salt or something on the meat patty.
