The bagel was basic/good. Nothing extraordinary. Could've used more lox & capers. ￼

It would be helpful to have a name and/or receipt attached to the bag, especially if left in a hotel lobby. I had to open the bag and look inside to make sure it was my order and not someone else else's.

Egg Works sandwich was inedible, like cardboard. And the tea came in a cup without the opening sealed and a little low - I wondered if it had been sipped from already.

I paid for extra lox, got about 1/8 of an ounce, total. this bagel is not worth $16, let alone $22

Ordered a bagel sammie and   tea latte, they were out of bagels and just made the tea, which came out  a watery underbrewed milky mess- threw it out and made a proper cup myself... it was that bad. 
 I work at a restaurant where if we don't have a food item a customer  ordered we cancel the order or call the customer to see if we can replace it with another item - would highly recommend that  for this establishment.

Both coffees were burned and the egg in the sandwich was a giant thick rubber hockey puck :(
Also advertised sandwich as an everything bagel, but received a plain bagel. Bummer breakfast.
