I've been ordering sushi from diners 2+1 for years, and it's always good. I mostly get the plainer, raw items like salmon sashimi or simple yellowtail rolls. Recently, they added items from their Kogo Korean BBQ side.
The Classic Bulgogi Steak Bowl had great flavor but the meat was more gristly than I expect even for KBBQ (which I expect to have a fair bit of texture). The pickled daikon, kimchi, corn, and sauce were all great, and the rice was well-cooked. I'll likely try it again to see if it was an off day.
