Ordered for pickup as soon as we parked so the shave ice wouldn't melt too much. The staff was working on the order when we came in so it was perfect timing. The flavors were good and the added ice cream scoop was great so highly recommend.

1. Pictures are wrong on the door dash app
2. The açaí bowls are not full like the picture shows
3. Açaí blend was almost flavorless
4. Not sure if it was the dasher or the Ohana, but the bowl was a mushy mess.
This never happened when I lived near vitality bowl

The Shaved Ice was some of the worst I've ever had. It was basically just a ball of ice with a tiny bit of syrup on the top. Everything else? Just ice. What a waste of money! I'll go back to Hokulia.

I ordered a shaved ice, and they barely filled it with shaved ice. I also ordered a double and got a tiny single.

My banana split could us more caramel but no cherries or nuts?!? Compare pic to website pic. And nothing to do with the food but the plastic bag is NOT sealed with a sticker or anything.
