Chuy's is my favorite! The queso is good and the portions are huge. I'll be having leftovers for breakfast tomorrow.

Chuy's is authentic New Mexican food. The green chicken chili enchiladas are out of this world. The Hatch green chile option makes them super special if you can handle a little heat, but the flavor is awesome. If you are on the milder side shift to the Deluxe Green Chile option. Authentic Mexican food is all about the seasoning and flavor.
The Chicken Tortilla soup is a must try too. I would stick with the cup, because you will get full if you go for the full sized bowl. Especially if you go for the Queso Compuesto is awesome. The seasoned ground beef and guacamole takes this meal over the top. You better be hungry because you're going to need the room.
If you have never been there, Chuy's is a must try. If you have I'm sure they are on your favorites list.

I've always loved Chuys this was my first time ordering to go. The food is always solid but I was really impressed with the packaging and they provide chips and salsa included which most to go places don't do. Definitely would order again

Meat was lacking in normal flavor and chewy
I've ordered this several times and it's never been like this. Not sure if sources were changed but it was not great
Onions were not even cut all the way. Beans were extremely salty. Chips didn't have any salt.

Chuy's is a place that rem me of home. The New Mexican flavors topped off with Hatch green chiles is awesome. The Beef Fajitas and Chicken Fajitas are authentic, flavorful and fresh. Be sure to select the green chile rice. No meal at Chuy's is complete without the Queso with seasoned beef.
