• 5/11/23The scone and coffee was amazing. But my Egg, Fruit & Cheese Bento Box was nasty. Apples were slimy and brown, the eggs were not done all the way and the cheese was hard. All I could eat was the grapes and half of them was soft.

• 2/24/23didn't ask if I wanted substitutions and then substituted my order and overcharged me for a cookie to make it the same, and cookie was hard as a rock.

• 10/11/24Not frozen by the time I received it, should have been picked up last....that's the apps fault tho. Also didn't have any of the caramel or chocolate drizzle I requested like the picture. Really upset I paid $10 plus tip for a basic no longer frozen latte. 🤷🏼♀️
