• 9/9/25The Ham Cheese Omelette tasted fresh and was absolutely delicious! I loved the home fries on the side as well. The portion size was good. I've even got leftovers for later. I'll definitely be ordering this again in the future! Big thanks to Mills River restaurant for being awesome as usual. I grew up in Mills River and have ate at Mills River restaurant many times throughout the years. They never disappoint!

• 6/30/26I love Mills river restaurant and order from them almost every week, but today I ordered biscuits and gravy and the gravy was practically just water and the biscuits dry with VERY LITTLE gravy... glad I ordered a extra side of gravy

• 6/6/25Always amazing dine in or delivery!!! Deviled Fried Deviled Crabs (2) so good. Some of the best Papa Leo's New York Style Cheesecake with Cherries I have ever eaten.... and I haven't been eating this cheesecake for decades

• 2/28/22Those pancakes were so delicious! Bacon cooked perfectly, best breakfast sausage I've ever had. Home fries- basically fried potatoes are very home-cooked southern style just like my moms's! I can't believe I've been sleeping on this place. Also great value for the amount of food you get I think I found one of my new favorites.
