We then loaded with your choice of our authentic Montanare sauce toppings. we stack it with Mozzarella and finish it in our wood smoke and stone oven for the ultimate Montanare flavor and total crispness. There’s nothing like it. a true original pizza!

Pizzerittas come from our own handmade dough. We dice them and deep fry it in coconut oil for healthy flavorless crunchy cracker. Our desserts are served in layers in a cup. With the pizza dices in the bottom, of course.
