El encebollado de Barzola era de mis favoritos. Sin embargo, no había comido uno en años.
Ayer lo ordene y tenía mis expectativas altas. El encebollado de pescado estaba muy aguado. Debo suponer que le agregaron agua para aumentar.. Tenía 4 cebollas flotando y también pedacitos de tomate, lo que me hace pensar que tomaron eso de alguna ensalada.

The camarones were fresh and tasty. The bolone was fresh but the plantains were not crispy enough and were on the sweet side. This is a savory dish .
