The steak was cooked to medium well perfection!  It literally melted in my mouth, it was so tender and tasty.
The loaded potato was delicious with the cheese, bacon and dressing in a separate bowl which allowed me to add as much as I wanted.

Food was ice cold and portions were smaller they should be by a lot. You get much more in the restaurant. Also, the meatloaf barely had any gravy and the mashed potato's tasted sour and old. I will not order from here again. I didn't receive the complimentary bread Unacceptable

I've never doordashed a steak but I have to say it was very good, surprisingly. I got the Roasted Garlic Sirloin*with a loaded baked potato - it was so good. Steak was juicy, potato had super crispy skin. I was little confused by the chili because it had no liquid but just put it on top of the potato and was fine. I do wish there was an option for like a side of steak sauce, otherwise would recommend

I've now ordered my 4th time at Firebirds Woid Fired Wood Grilled Salmon*  , but the Wood Grilled NY Strip*  are excellent choices and throw on a skewer of Grilled shrimp with some port mushrooms and you'll have plenty for breakfast with a couple of eggs. Enjoy and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, keep up the great work, its always right on spot. I'd personally like to see choices for A1 or Heinze 57 Sauces available for food delivery services or to go orders. Thanks you all!
