• 4/1/22Squid was barely grilled and over cooked and tough to chew. Salmon was pretty much burnt and over cooked. Charge for rice was not really fair for the amount given.I took pictures since I've had better at other restaurants.

• 2/1/24I used to really like this place but it seems that the quality has gone downhill. The Spicy Teriyaki Miso Edamame was really the only winner. The rolls were super messy and the crab salad on top and in some of them was pulverized mush. This was not worth the $90 and I wouldn't order again.

• 11/13/23The sushi rice was thick, hard, and lacked appropriate flavor. The filling was sparse, except for the cheap ingredients like cucumber. The rolls were also small, only being 5 peices (nori was not sideways to make for larger slices) and not large in diameter. Only got enough wasabi for one roll, not three, and didn't get utensils as requested. The miso soup didn't have green onions. The edamame was a frustrating combination of over and under done. Honestly some of the more disappointing sushi I have had in two decades in the bay, especially for the cost. They got to keep an extra star because the fish, unlike the rice and edamame, seemed fresh.

• 7/4/23Avocado roll was made with old rice, gooey, chewy. Not edible. Spicy Edemame was uncooked, hard and not edible. It's not spicy and the sauce is awful. 49er roll crab salad has so much mayo and sugar you don't even know you're eating sushi. Door Dash gave me a $10 credit for a $70 order that is not in the garbage. The beer was good.
