This is my very favorite comfort meal in Austn. It's a special treat when I'm feeling a bit under the weather. The udon soup with veggies is just like being wrapped up in pure cozy. Also the pickle onigari and the umi onigari are out of this world! I can't even mention them without blushing. It's out of my price range, but it sure is a wonderful treat... thanks for the feeling of love and comfort! Cozytown delivered to your door! Always perfect!

I never write reviews, but this was an AMAZING meal! The katsu was the perfect melt-in-your-mouth crunchy, tender and moist, with separated handmade sauce, not some jarred gravy goop. The miso soup was delicious, with actual nori and tofu, not freeze-dried mystery flakes. In fact, everything was perfect - the salad with authentic dressing, the pickles, the crispy but chewy cookies. And as others have said, it was all impeccably packaged. Haven't eaten the onigiri yet, but looking forward to it. I am so glad I stumbled across Sugar Pine, will absolutely order again!

The spicy tuna is seriously spicy, so watch out (order just one to try it out). I thought the steak was tuna because it was mushy, but still very good. The avocado was as expected, but with a little bit of soy sauce was perfect. I NEVER had rice balls before. It took me a while to figure out how to unwrap and eat them, but now I am hooked!!! I want them all the time. 3 were good, but next time I'll order 4.

OMG. SO GOOD. I ordered the Yaki Udon Chicken. The chicken itself was so delectable and moist. 10/10 recommend. The only downside to the meal was the amount of mushrooms, but that's a personal preference because I am not a fan of them, but I cannot wait to order from here again. Or better yet, go in person because I really want to try their ice cream. Seriously though, try this place.

I think the positive reviews are a little over hyped. The shrimp tempura was one of the worst I've had. So much tempura that I couldnt even tell if there was a shrimp in there. The katsu chicken felt a little chewy/veiny. The curry had 2 tiny pieces of potatoes but overall not very hearty. Overall I felt the offering was ok in taste except the Shrimp tempura, but a little scant for the cost. I probably wouldnt go again with other options out there.
