Their food never disappoints. The only think I would change if I could.It's the type of containers.They send your food home in. It tends to leak the fluids from the meats and the bag ends up a mess and so do some of the containers

the fried rice has no flavor anymore, the broccoli and beef barley has beef, chicken and mushrooms had one mushroom. very disappointed with lately.

The Orange Chicken is always hit and miss on quality. 
Tonight  it was terrible over cooked and or just chunks of breading.
The  Carrots and Peas in the fried rice is often undercooked.
way too much cabbage in the Chow Mein   Seems like they always remeber to put a fortune cookie in the bag but never the soy sauce or other stuff you requested with the order.  
The Maize location is so much better than the one in Hutchinson.

Food has no flavor. Shrimp was soggy like the breading wasn't fully cooked. Had to add a lot of soy sauce (my own none was sent) to the rice because it tased like plain steamed rice.

Cancelled half my order, receipt says "sold out".  They did issue a refund but I received no phone call asking if I'd like alternate item.  I still had to pay full delivery fee/tip and with half an order, half the people  don't get lunch.  Ok there are 2 of us and 1 did not get lunch.  Bowls are quite small. Not large enough to share. Most restaurants call if there is an availability issue.  Penda should call and text, too.
