The milkshake was terrible and the sandwich was burnt with barely any steak in it and the yogurt was watery

The bread for the half sandwiches were torn by hand instead of cut with a knife. Bread was literally just ripped in half and smashed. I dined in person here recently and I watched how sloppy the cooks were. I shouldn't have ordered in or tried another location.

We order from here once a week for our drivers, and this is the third time the breakfast sandwiches have not been labeled. As some of our drivers have dietary restrictions or do not eat pork, it is difficult for them to identify which sandwiches they can safely consume.
