I absolutely love this store. Panera is my comfort food for when I'm having a long bad day and this store almost never lets me down. I can't say that I've ever had a bad experience.

The soup/bread bowl was perfect, however I also ordered half a grilled cheese sandwich and paid $7 for what ended up being slightly melted cheese between two uncooked pieces of bread... not grilled, not even toasted. How do you mess up grilled cheese when half your menu is sandwiches?

Ham Croissant Benny Sandwich tasted good but was smashed at the restaurant. Also the pastries I ordered were packaged poorly: all together in a box that was then placed vertically in the bag by the restaurant. Unfortunately the Cherry Pastry topping got all over the other pastries. Total lack of common sense there.

four Four Cheese Soufflé
unfortunately it was not cooked properly. The cheese is not melted or cooked through, and even the outer portion of the item is still raw, as shown in the photo. This is not safe or acceptable to eat.
