Food was thrown into bad, no fork, no napkins and the bread was just in the bag. The bread was not individually packaged. The salad was very poorly made and very small. Lettuce was wilted. Very disspointed.

This order took almost 1 1/2 hours to even get to my door, then they substituted my French bread for 2 bags of chips without even telling me. The Mac n cheese was lukewarm with no flavoring and the amount of chicken in the Caesar salad was more chicken than it was lettuce. Overall I wont be ordering from here again.

Half BLT is over $9 and comes with one whole piece of bacon??? Chunks of romaine and bottom of the barrel tomatoes. Thanks for the effort.

the night shift had it down but I just ordered in the early afternoon and my blended coffee has large chunks of ice, it has a lot less in it today, and they forgot one of my side pieces of bread, which I thought might happen because it would show the same item twice or "x2" on their screen. they need to pay more attention to include all items in the order.

Second time ordering the Croissant Egg & Cheese Sandwich when there is no cheese. It literally is a slab of egg thrown on a small croissant. For the price they charge for this item, I would think Panera staff would remember to put all THREE ingredients together.
