the 2. Sashimi Regular (Salmon or Tuna) was excellent!! they really didnt skimp on the salmon either, ive been to loads of places where they give you like, two tiny little slivers of fish — not this place! a bunch of big, good quality pieces.

Was craving Mochi Ice Cream and was extremely satisfied 😌 The Squid had hot sauce which I didn't expect or really want, but squid is always good. The S9. Black Jack was top tier! all in all, would order again next time I'm in town.

Mochi Ice Cream gets better every time I order. Also, the R6. Vegetable Roll (6 pc). That's one of the best sushi rolls if you can believe it. Plus, the simplicity, delicate handling and magical flavors, this is my favorite place to order from now..

We had Yaki Udon with beef. The noodles were properly cooked and well-sauced. They were just plain delicious! The vegetables were hot, but still crunchy--all one could ask.
The bite-size pieces of beef were bland and tough. They didn't have to be. There are ways to make cheap cuts acceptably tender. And cheap cuts often have more beefy flavor than the more expensive cuts. No excuse for bland. None.
This was a delivery order: our hotel was 5 minutes from the restaurant. (We had been driving all day. It was dark, and we were very tired. So we didn't drive.) We asked for fork, chop sticks, and napkins. We got the sticks. No napkins. No fork.
Somebody in the kitchen has talent. The sauce, the noodles, and the vegetables showed it beautifully. The beef did not. And if someone asks for fork and chopsticks, the reasonable inference is that one diner is adept with sticks and one is not. And no napkins? Come on! So is one diner supposed to eat sloppily but not clean up?

The tofu skin was shockingly small for $8. Think two tater-tot sized rice bundles with two postage-stamp tofu skins. I wish I could share a pic. I feel like i got swindled. Miso soup was just ok.
