I ordered a large drink and there was a gap of almost an inch to the top. I didn't order medium, I ordered large and I'd like it to be filled up to the top pls.

The half cup of Americano tasted great but arrived on the side in a bag so most had leaked out. What a terrible way to pack a drink!

Coffee was hot upon arrival, my reason for removing a star is because the oatmeal was partially dry and uncooked at the bottom. Otherwise it tasted great and toppings were perfect.
