the ice cream was delicious! but my banana Split had no banana :'( still delicious though.

The amount of fudge in the brownie Fudge Brownie Delight was subpar and concentrated at the bottom of the cup and there were a countable number of peanuts.
The shake is just weird; the texture is off, it tastes watery. I chose dark chocolate and peanut butter - the peanut butter can't be tasted and is centered in the middle. There was also a note about mix ins but no option to choose any.

Poor customer service tried to lie and say I canceled to order but when they knew they had to make it instead of it being a shake they just put ice cream in a cup with whipped cream.....very disappointing customer care

both shakes were just ice cream and the cherry vanilla vacation was plain vanilla ice cream

When I got my order, it wasn't ice cream. It was cream in a bowl. It was totally melted. The white chocolate bowl tasted more like oil than, white chocolate.
