fries had no salt even tho I asked for extra the burgers tasted like they where a week old and we're rubby and the drinks where only half full

There Big Mac's are way way way smaller in size than they used to be. Also, they're hardly flavored. The iced cold mocha caramel coffee had a lot of coffee grounds on the bottom.

Once again no straw in the bag, I ordered large fry's and a large Dr pepper and they gave me medium everything, been trying to call the store and the line is busy.

First time ordering from doordash. I did not get the fries, called the driver he claimed they told him they had to give my food away because they were busy and remade mine. This would be okay except that I only received the chicken nuggets, no fries, and the nuggets were clearly not fresh. Drinks were delivered with no straws in the bag. Half of the sauces I asked for were forgotten. It's kind of disappointing from a place that usually gives consistent good service when I go in person.
