• 6/5/23Food is excellent quality but I got such a small portion. PLEASE give door dash customers restaurant portions or I won't be ordering from you guys again given the cost. I got tiny portions of the Antibiotic-free Chicken and barely any eggs in the brunch Breakfast Tacos*, VEG GF. Again, extremely tasty, but for $25? More food, please & thank you! <3

• 10/27/25I order from True Food when ever I am in Walnut Creek and haven't had an issue, until the order I placed on 10/26/2025. The Edamame Dumplings, VEG arrived in a different container than usual, smaller portion and the dumplings were flat and mushy. I have door dashed these plenty of times and they have never arrived like this before. I tried the Spaghetti Squa Casserole, VEG GFsh and it was not a casserole, rather a portion of spaghetti squash noodles with an odd texture. I didn't eat the edamame or squash noodles. I ended up grabbing frozen Mac & Cheese from my hotel's food bar. Oh, my True Food order didn't even come with a napkin or utinsels. For $40 you would think they could throw in a napkin. Sadly I won't be ordering from there, anymore.

• 6/20/26Says the description comes with tortillas and said they give me two extremely small pieces of bread that couldn't even fit any food on them. And for such expensive food, it should have been given to me in a more presentable tray instead of a small cardboard box since it's wet food. I'm very disappointed

• 7/13/23The food is good but the protein portions are too small for the price. I added chicken to a Chopped Salad, VEG and only received 4 small slices. Not enough to justify the price.

• 5/14/24This sandwich arrived extremely soggy. I couldn't handle or dip it without it falling apart and folding. A large piece of meat in my sandwich was just fat. A terrible experience. Decent flavor. But I could not experience it fully. The side salad is an afterthought and seems more like a garnish. Overall terrible value.
