Chicken Teriyaki is my new fav. Finally a dish with chicken that actually gives you a decent portion of chicken. Spicy Miso Soup(L) cleared my sinuses and the Crab Rangoon were crunchy and soft and flavorful in the middle 👍🏼. Good stuff !!

The best sushi I've found in AZ since I moved from NYC 15 years ago.
I'm really, really not a fan of mayo, and a lot of sushi places just cover up mediocre sushi with a bunch of sauce. But ginban is always FRESH, CLEAN, and CRISP.
They're located in a strip mall next to a Frys grocery store. Around 10 years ago, a girl I was dating ordered a strawberry margarita. It was like a slow Tuesday, and apparently, they didn't have any strawberries. Instead of saying sorry we ran out, the waitress talked to the hostess; and that hostess walked out the door and 90 seconds later came back with a quart of strawberries as I watched from the window. I thought that was pretty incredible customer service and my date raved about the Margerita when it was served to her.

Everything tastes so fresh every time we order from here. Sushi is great quality, katsu is crispy, and the bento boxes are a ton of food and good value.

Ginban should always the number one choice for Sushi hands down. Highest quality and the best staff. A true gem. 150/100 on the rating scale. The most consistent quality I have seen so far with a sushi restaurant in Arizona. If you pass on this location you are truly missing out on something special! Thank you Ginban for bringing your best either dine in or takeout. Gold star!

Outstanding meal. I just delivered my baby and this was my first sushi in 9 months; it was perfect!! The Snow Crab Salad was insanely delicious but not what I picture with the word "salad" - it was a ton of snow crab with avocado and crunch on top. Definitely recommend and would order again but be warned it is NOT a veggie dish ;). Hubby ordered the Chicken Katsu and it was cooked perfectly. We shared the Shumai and it was amazing.. we don't have that at our local sushi joint so I was extremely excited to see it on the menu and it was delicious. Since we had a girl I ordered the Spicy Girl Roll. While it was delicious I would not personally get it again because I prefer whole pieces of fish in my sushi versus the minced type (not sure what the technical term is), but that is being extremely nitpicky. I am in postpartum food heaven!!
