Burger was done well, but they lost a star for the child's OJ poured over ice only half filling a tall styrofoam cup and with no security seal over the lid. Needless to say, we had to throw it out. And the loaded baked potato was actually loaded mashed potato, but it was still tasty.

Surf & Turf Sirloin* - 10oz Finally someone knows how to cook a juicy well done steak. super impressed, Will get again. Honey-Chipotle Mozzarella were very delicious but they are huge.

Triple dipper mozzarella sticks were over cooked and there was only 1 and a half sticks when opened Wings were only one flavor and barley cover in sause/ seasoning and it says it comes with 2 flavors and so I chose 2 flavors as instrucked from order format and the Fries were really really really cold and tough to even eat one fry from out of box as well

We order from Chilis quite a bit and it's usually good, but this time our chicken dippers were ice cold, our Caesar salad was made with iceberg lettuce and we ordered bowls of soup and received cups. Not happy, may not order from there again

my ceaser salad was not even made with romaine lettuce it was made with iceberg mix with cabbage and carrots and the lettuce was like mush, my Texas cheese fries were stuffed into too small of a container and the fries were like mashed potatoes. disappointing.
