The food is good, but the iced tea is a bit pricey for what you get-a 12 oz cup for 4.25. (When delivered by DoorDash)

The afood we got was so bad we threw in the trash. The chicken tasted like it was pulled out of the tortilla soup and there were only four very small pieces. El Torito's prices have gone up while the quality of the food has declined significantly

A tad bit frustrating, I ordered a deep fried ice cream and steak fajitas for my daughter. Granted it was a little late around 920.
Anyways the "deep fried ice cream" which is usually great and fried, was just a scoop of vanilla ice cream rolled in Frosted Flakes and coconut. Not even fried, you can see the uncooked cereal and coconut in the bowl.

Fajita meat was disgusting and chicken didn't arrive. The kids had peanut butter sandwiches while I ate the delicious BURRITO ESPECIAL - CHICKEN MACHACA

the onions in the QUESADILLA - CHICKEN are hard/not cooked and cold. The chicken in the CRISPY FLAUTAS is dark meat, they're so greasy that there's no crunch.
