Today's bacon in the Bacon and Eggs came very very fatty. We paid $19 plus tax, tip and delivery fee to get 3 thick cut crispy Bacon and Eggs with this meal and it was very disappointing to get 3 bacons strips covered in fat and not crispy at all. See attached photos.

The Original House of Pancakes serves the BEST oven baked Chorizo Omelette and Western Omelette. Their Bacon and Bacon and Eggs order, and omelet orders are cooked to your preference, and the option to choose of side orders added to your omelet or eggs order are nice. The THICK Bacon, the Sausage Links, the Home Fries, and the bone-in ham steaks are plentiful, flavorful, and yummy. The chocolate chip and the strawberry pancakes are just perfectly sized and generously topped with sliced fruit or chocolate chips. My family of four highly recommends The Original House of Pancake for your Saturday and Sunday brunches.

For the most part, the food is pretty good at this place. Items like the Western Omelette, Chorizo Omelette, Bacon, Home Fries, ham steak, Sausage Links are tasty.
However, in the last two weeks, the 3 bacons that come with the Bacon and Eggs breakfast keep coming 1/2 to 3/4 cooked with large chunks of white fatty pieces inside the thick bacons. Unlike the regular side order of bacon, I don't know why these breakfast sides keep coming undercooked with the Bacon and Eggs meals. We paid $19 and $17 per bacon and eggs breakfast plates. The 3 bacons for these meals should not come undercoooked nor with suc large amounts of white fatty parts inside these thick bacon.😒

First things first. I don't know why, but we almost always get 1/2 of the 12 thick pieces of Bacon (3 pcs for $4.69 per order) always comes almost not cooked with a lot of white fatty sections (gross). PLEASE FULLY COOK ALL THE BACON CRISPY, NOT SOFT OR HALF COOKED.
Second, we ordered wheat toast for one of the Sausage and Eggs and one wheat toast for the Chorizo Omelette , but we did NOT get any toasts for neither of these meals, and no substitution either. DO BETTER!
BESIDES THIS CONTINUING ISSUES, the Sausage and Eggs, Western Omelette, Chorizo Omelette, Home Fries, and ham steaks were good.

Everything was good with the Chorizo Omelette, Sausage Links, half of the Bacon side order, strawberry pancakes, chocolate pancakes, and Home Fries.
Additionally, our Western Omelette was suppose to be cooked with egg whites and it came with yellow eggs instead. My husband was NOT happy about his egg white omelette (see picture below).
Next, 3 bacons in both of the”Bacon and Bacon and Eggs”were undercooked (WHITE FATTY MEAT) half way through each bacon pieces. So both of our kids could only eat half their each of their bacon pieces because the other half of the bacon were undercooked.
Also, 3 of the 6 side ordered Bacon pieces were also undercooked. So, we could only eat half of the side order of bacon because the other 3 side ordered bacons were undercooked. See pictures below.
I don’t know why our bacons keep being undercooked (WHITE FATTY MEAT), especially the bacon for each of the “eggs and bacon” orders.
We are not pleased that our Bacons are coming undercooked and with lots of fatty pieces.
Please do better at fully cooking each of the 3 pieces of $4.69 orders of bacon that we order.
