the gelati's were turned over laying down in the bag. need to put them in holders so they don't turn over. also the size needs to be bigger for paying almost $9.00 each.

My only concern was the fact that they did not do anything to try to cover up the whole in the lid for the frosted coffee. As it was DoorDash, picking it up, that's a protective measure.

Disappointed! Not the same serviced received if it is an hour and half before closing. Items were missing and Italian Ice Flight was melting and leaking. Frozen Custard tasted great just was melting

I got coconut cream and pineapple Italian Ice it was so good sepaarate and together and when I refroze them it was still very soft
