• 5/2/24The sandwich was enormous. Chicken breast was pounded flat and a bit unwieldy. Delicious blue cheese and fiery hot reaper sauce. Fries were thick bois with light salt and not too oily. stayed good and crispy for takeout.

• 9/21/24I really enjoy fries, but lately I haven't been able to find any that are even edible especially ordering online. The fries at The Bison are the best I've ever had!!!(could have had a bit more salt, but that is subjective) the fish was great too. I will never buy an order online for fish & chips from anywhere else but The Bison.

• 6/18/26Hey, finally a retailer that took note of a comment from a consumer! My order came fresh in a breathable bag (Reduce, Reuse,& Recycle), the three words I've been waiting to see from an establishment. The order was great & arrived like it was in-house. I sent this order over to my MIL & caregiver instead of taking them out, & they loved it...So then I ordered one for me...Delish! Well done Bison!! By far best fries!!!

• 5/25/26I love there fries in store, the best! But when ordered to go, they (crispy chicken) gets steamed in the plastic bag, and is no longer crispy or crunchy, they become limp fries & slightly mushy coating on chicken...Sorry guys, just food for thought!

• 8/4/24Bison patty was cooked medium with a bit of pink in the center and we'll seasoned. fries were crispy and the flaky potato center was moist and fluffy. the onion rings were well-fried and very thin slices with thick breading, but delicious all the same. the chicken Chicken Dippers were breaded in flavorful, slightly spicy and seasoned flour with moist tender chicken meat.
