It's hard to find a place that has the canh bun item in the DMV area, but this one's pretty decent. It was packaged with care, and no soup was lost.

I really wanted to love this place since it had the Chewy Shrimp and Pork Dumplings (7) (Banh Bot Loc) that my family loves and Spicy beef noodle soup (Bun Bo Hue). The Chewy Shrimp and Pork Dumplings (7) (Banh Bot Loc) were thick and dry and some undercooked. Not worth it for $11 for 7 dumplings. The bun Bo hue came with lots of meat for the price, and it was tasty but did not have a strong lemon grass flavor like the authentic one. The Fish Cake, Pork Hock & Crabmeat Noodle Soup ( Bún riêu chả cá giò heo) was very yummy and came with lots of crab meatballs. I think that was our favorite. The Combination Steamed Rice Rolls (Banh Cuon Dac Biet) noodles are too thin and dry, and the fried pieces were very hard and flavorless. The sauce is also bland. The Steamed Rice Sheets with Grilled Pork (Banh Uot Thit Nuong) meat is also bland. We may order for the crab noodle soup again but nothing else.

Barley any meat included in all dishes, mostly fat as meat in my soup. Not sure if off day but need to have more meat.

The sliced pork was paper thin and the rice sheets fell apart and did not hold shape at all. I asked for extra cucumbers and did not receive any

Broth was bland, the meat smelled bad, I did not eat it.
