Got the Strawberry Fantasy and All Fudged Up and they tasted great. I recommend getting it more frozen so its not a milk shake instead of actual ice cream

I order this almost every night. They are somewhat inconsistent. I pay $5 extra for marshmallow bits mix-in and sometimes I barely get any and other times I get an adequate amount. A few times, my container was half empty (the ice cream rolls were half size for some reason). Also, I select Captain Crunch topping and they sprinkle on a tiny bit. They should be sprinkling on about 1/4 cup of cereal topping if that's what you choose. I also select Toasted Marshmallow topping and there is only 1 toasted marshmallow stuck onto a pretzel stick (which they should not stick it onto a pretzel stick because I don't like pretzels! and I can never get the marshmallow off of it!). The ice cream is delicious though, even though it is overpriced. For a $19 bowl of ice cream, you need to get it right.

the items were made sloppily and with skimpy toppings. the ice cream was not rolled as advertised and toppings were sort of dumped on. the quality has been much better in the past.

I didn't really get what I ordered. I got the Horchata ice cream and I added caramel banana and sprinkles and included that I had a gluten allergy. I received ice cream that had no Horchata flavor. It did have bananas, but instead of caramel drizzle it had chocolate drizzle, and they also added graham crackers and a marshmallow with a pretzel on it and an Oreo and no sprinkles. The second ice cream was just a vanilla one which had banana caramel and sprinkles added. They put chocolate drizzle instead and did no sprinkles.  if I didn't have a gluten allergy, I wouldn't tear that much but I also don't really understand why they had the option to include what allergies you have if they weren't gonna stick to it.

Taste fine but most times i get whoever is being lazy and barely makes the rolls right including toppings. I get skimpy orders that had no effort put in it.
