I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles and extra onions. I got almost no onions. And it had pickles. Sandwich was very messy and the burger was burnt. Should be than this for $10+ . Ridiculous

There is a huge quality control problem here sometimes the fries are soggy sometimes burnt the chicken nuggets are never crispy or hot, the burgers are never fresh either this manager needs to lock in and stricten up bc his employees are playing him

Basket of fries not included in the door dash order and when I called whoever answered the phone said he added them to the bag. I'm not crazy, the bag was sealed and they weren't included. The other food was good. Just poor customer service.

Food was fine but as a mother of an autistic child. When regular nuggets come in a spicy box it’s a total loss. Won’t eat the happy meal. Cause it’s different. To you and I it’s fine. But I just flushed money down the toilet
