Chirachi Don was beautifully put together and absolutely delicious. There was a perfect portion of sushi rice hidden beneath the generously sliced sashimi; plus tamago (egg) and de shelled crab legs. I will definitely order from here again and also look forward to dining in too!

I've ordered from this place a few times and have always enjoyed the dinner entrees and the sushi. Although I will say stay away from the deserts such as the Cheese Cake from Japan. For it's price as a dessert it's a comically small slice of cheesecake barely bigger and wider than the end of a fork. But additionally the way they deliver it is nothing like the online presentation of the dish.

Sushi Ichimoto is one of the stingiest sushi restaurants I've ever tried. I ordered the sushi party tray and of the 16 pieces of nigiri, 4 were egg and 4 were crab sticks. While I understand every restaurant likes to cheap out a bit when you order assorted nigiri, I've never seen any other place have the nerve to use egg and crab sticks as nigiri and Ichimoto did that for half the pieces. That is unacceptable. Of the eight remaining pieces of nigiri only four were decent cuts of fish while the other four were lesser cuts, seared to mask the quality. The sashimi was decent and they didn't cheapen out on that, but my entire impression of the meal was ruined by them effectively selling me $3 of egg, crab sticks and rice for $40.

Rolls lack flavor. They do not make a crab salad for their CA rolls or handrolls. Kani stick is bland. Unagi had minimal flavor. Nice proportion of avocado per roll. Average pricing compared to similiar rolls at other local restaurants. I wont order from here again.

Wow is all I have to say. My husband and I rarely award 5 stars to restaurants on Door dash but this place is 5 star worthy. Everything was delicious but what surprised us the most was the lobster roll. The lobster roll was an explosion of flavors that makes you wanna slap your mama. We will absolutely order from Sushi Ichimoto again. Well done!
