This was my first introduction to Firehouse Subs. I ordered a Hook & Ladder.® it had a much better ratio of bread to meat. No part of the sandwich was overpowering and it all complimented each ingredient well. Full disclosure: I did remove the mayo. All in all very good!

I ordered the food, but it arrived soggy bread and the lettuce was extremely old and sour. To make matters worse, the brownie was dry and didn’t resemble a brownie at all. It was almost like eating a dry piece of cake.

The Gluten free sandwich bread wasn't bad at all. I've had some amazing GF bread that you couldn't tell was GF but sometimes I'm relieved when I can tell it's gluten free. Still really good! Not sandy and didn't crumble.

my large engineer was delicious and big enough for us to split for dinner. we added jalepenos and banana peppers too!!

Both subs were delish. My husband loves the club on a sub and the Italian is my go to for now. Good lunch.
