Disappointed for sure. There was WAY too much unami going on from from the Gruyère and blue cheese on The Office Burger®. The carmelized onion added way to much tartness. The arugula was overpowering the beef but not the strong tartness of the burger.
It literally took until the last bite to really taste how delicious the dry aged beef was (I'm gusssing it took my taste buds a second to not be overwhelmed by the tart & unami). It really could have used some type of acidic or spice based sauce to even everything out
The good: the quality of the meat & bun
Gruyère cheese was just awesome.
Would I go back? No
Would I recommend to friends? No
Was it worth $20: No
I also got the Sweet Potato Frites in a "Basket and they came super soggy. Im less than a mile away so I have no idea how that happened. Even with them being soggy I thought they were amazing, which is really saying something.

Ooof this place is suppsed to be good, been to other locations many rimes but DTLA location deliveries within DTLA have been awful. The Office Burger® ive gotten delivered on 3 occasions , they are not packaging it in a smart way it is falling apart soggy on arrival , i usualltjusr eat around the bun becuse it's that bad. The Tater Tots are packaged incorrectly as well, rhey are thrown in hot and cant breath in packaging so they sweat, and they end up being soggy as well as way way over salted. Ive given it 3 chances for delivery and it's just not worth the $40 for a burger and fries if the condtion is so bad. You can taste the ingredients are solid, but they need to put more thought into packagingand to go , because thisis not acceptable at this price point.

The Office Burger® did not live up to the hype, had gristle and meat was just not of good quality.
Organic Beet Salad was okay but not many beets.

The Office Burger® is really good. Driver was late so hard to say about the Tater Tots and the Frites in a "Basket" . You get a lot of Frites, best to share.
