• 7/13/24Our favorite place for boba! The lady is always so sweet & welcoming! The smoothies are always fresh! I get 50% sugar for my banana smoothie & it's perect! :)

• 9/12/23I ordered the # 10. Bambu Favorite and a Pandan Waffle. The coconut milk is brown instead of creamy white like other Bambu stores, the pandan jelly are stuck together in a blob instead of individually floating, and the coconut cream is separated from the milk into little solids. I know Bambu products because they are my favorite, I usually go to the one in Pleasanton. This is my first try in San Francisco. It's just not as fresh.

• 5/3/25Both 3. Awesome Trio and red 9. Red Bean Combo are godddddd. I always order with extra red bean, taro and mung bean with 0% sweet because it's sweet from all beans and taro :). Lady Staff is no nice.

• 7/11/25Ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie with strawberry poppin boba. They called me to tell me they're out of banana so I asked them to put mango in with strawberry. I got just a mango smoothie and no boba even tho I payed extra for it.
