The Spicy Cajun Chicken was soooo good. So was the Firehouse Chili, but was upset by amount of/lack thereof in cheese. For .065, I would've expected more cheese.

I have been ordering the Firehouse Steak & Cheese® for years. this is either different meat, or is bad and should been thrown away. it doesn't look, taste or even smell the way it should. I can't even finish this. out nearly $20 for just that.

Hook and ladder salad had several pieces of bad lettuce. Box lid opened when opened bag and only one dressing. I am a big fan of this salad. Usually get very good ingredients and great portions but not today.

You forgot my pickle spears 😭 I just wanted my pickles dude... Why no pickles? Such sad, Many disappoint, 😞
sandwiches were delicious though, perfectly toasted, meatballs were juicy, not too much mayo.
Almost perfect.

My club on the sub was made exactly how I wanted it to be. I received my pickle as well. It was delicious!!
