Katsu-bi surf n turf was pretty good and flavorful! I thought it was just 1 piece but it was 1 giant piece that they cut into 4 big pieces.
The Cali roll is as expected it's still good though! This was the best seaweed salad I have had in Vegas! 5 stars!

everything was reasonably priced, surprisingly fresh, and delicious.
Molokai Combo: The California Roll was fresh and made with what tasted like real crab and not Kani (YUM). Tuna nigiri was fresh and firm.
The Lahaina Roll: very bright! I'm not sure what flavor it was but it brought in a fresh citrus taste to the roll. The avocado was a bit mushy.
Sake Nigiri: you get 2 PC per order. Fresh and delicious
Spicy Tuna Roll: not really spicy but loved how fresh this roll was. Usually sushi restaurants make their spicy tuna with a chopped/minced tuna. This roll had real chunks of fresh tuna.
Spam Musubi: flavorful

I liked the price and the sushi quality wasn't bad. The taste wasn't particularly great, especially that of the Spicy Crab Roll. The Avocado/Cucumber roll was heavy on the cucumber, which made it crunchy. A plus was lots of ginger and wasabi.

I got the Lahaina and 808 roll. 808 roll was super flavorful and tasty and I had to stop myself from eating it all at once. Lahaina is good too but in a different way; it's more of a palette cleanser type roll but still super fresh and soft.

Such good sushi! The musabi was awesome. The 808 special had great flavor and sashimi salad was just the right amount of salad to fish. We will order again soon to try other rolls.
